WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY

Glorie, Inc. ("GI") is committed to maintaining the privacy of the information
provided by and/or collected about the users (the “Users”) of the GI web site
(the "Site" ) and only using that information as stated herein. This Privacy
Policy (the "Policy") sets forth GI’s policies regarding collection, storage,
access, use and disclosure of that information.

| INFORMATION GI COLLECTS
|
When you register, and at other times, including if you make a purchase
inquiry, GI will ask you to provide information which is specific to you. This
may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and
other similar information. GI collects and retains that information.

WEBSITE USAGE INFORMATION
|
GI may automatically collect IP addresses (which is a
unique number assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the
Internet) and Site usage information. This information assists GI’s evaluation
of User’s use and navigation of the Site on an aggregate basis, including the
number and frequency of Users visiting the Site and the areas on the Site that
they favor. We do not link your IP address to any personally identifying
information.

Information may be used for the following general purposes:
For the purposes for which you specifically provided the information including,
for example,to enable GI to process,
validate and verify purchase inquiries and orders;
Marketing analysis,refining product offerings, website traffic and bandwidth
analysis and website management;
To send you e-mail notifications about new or existing products
and services, special offers, or to otherwise contact you (for example, to
respond to inquires and requests, to confirm orders, etc.) (GI does not rent,
sell or share your personal information with others outside of GI and
its corporate
parent, subsidiaries and sibling entities); and
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, in accordance with applicable
laws, rules and regulations.

| GI’S POLICY FOR SHARING PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

GI may disclose personal information to a third party if required to do so by law or
if GI believes in good faith that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with
law or legal processes; (2) protect and defend GI’s rights and property; (3)
protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Site; (4) protect the
personal safety or property of GI’s users or the public; or (5) if GI is
acquired or merges with another entity.

GI may employ other
companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf or to provide
services to Users. These other companies and individuals may be required to
access and use information provided by or about a particular User. Users hereby
consent to such use and access for the performance of such functions. GI will
not sell or provide information to third-parties who may offer the User
services and products that may be useful to the User.

| SALE OF ASSETS

In the
event that GI and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries are ever sold, acquired,
merged, liquidated, reorganized, or the assets of GI are otherwise transferred,
GI reserves the right to transfer the user databases together with any
personally identifiable information contained therein, to a third-party
acquiring GI's assets or business.

|
The personal information which is
collected is stored in limited access servers and GI has implemented
commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial measures to protect
the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information. You
are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account
information. You should never disclose your password to anyone else and we
recommend you memorize it and do not keep any written copies of it. Please be
aware that GI will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call
or e-mail. However, due to the open nature of the Internet, GI cannot guarantee
that any information it stores will be free from unauthorized access.

| COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION USING "COOKIES"
|
When you visit the Site, a
cookie is placed on your computer (if you accept cookies) or is read if you
have visited the Site previously. The use of cookies is to assist in the
collection of Site visitation statistics described above. GI also employs
cookies to recognize you and your access privileges. If you set your browser to
not accept cookies, you will still have access to the Site, but you may not
experience a personalized visit and may be required to re-enter registration
and other information.

GI may make content or services from
other websites including GI affiliated or co-branded websites available to you
from links located on the Site. These other websites are not subject to this
Policy. You should review the privacy policy at each such website to determine
how that website protects your privacy. Such links are provided only for the
convenience of our Users. GI is not responsible for the activities of the
third-parties and the third-parties are not responsible for the activities of
GI. GI never saves passwords or credit card information in cookies.

GI may update the Policy from time-to-time. Users are responsible
for checking this page periodically for changes and updates to the Policy. Any
change or updates to the Policy shall automatically be effective five (5) days
after it is initially posted on the Site. The User's use of the Site following
any posted and effected change will be deemed an acceptance of such change.
USER OPT-OUT If the User does not want personal information to be provided to a
third-party or if User wants to limit any of the uses of or collection of
