Described below are Glorie’s Customer Service policies. For the complete text

| ORDER POLICY |
| Minimum Order |
Glorie has a $200 minimum for each order. The minimum order total includes the
merchandise total only and does not include shipping or any other charges.
|
| Payment |
Twenty-five percent of the total of the order including shipping and handling will
be charged on all orders. The remaining balance (75% of total) due on the order will
be charged to original credit card just prior to the order being shipped.
The customer will be notified of full payment by email and receipt accompanying
delivered order.

| SHIPPING POLICY |
| Delivery |
Glorie has a forty-five day delivery date minimum from the time the customer places
the order. All delivery dates are estimates of the date the products can be delivered
to the customer. Glorie does not deliver orders on Sundays. If the customer requires
delivery in less than forty-five days from the order date, the customer can contact
Glorie directly at

to request an earlier delivery date. Extra charges may apply for early requested delivery dates.

Shipping Charges
|
Our shipping and handling charges are 10% of the merchandise total for each order and are
valid for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. If the customer needs a shipment to Hawaii,
Alaska, or outside the United States, please contact us at

| RETURN POLICY |
All sales are final because Glorie products are hand-made for each order.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the customer must
notify Glorie within seven days after receipt of the merchandise. Glorie will work
with the customer to help resolve the problem with any of the items. However, under
no circumstances will Glorie be obligated or required to accept the return of any item.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Because order production or procurement begins shortly after the customer’s order
is placed, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted by Glorie.
The customer should be sure of choices before placing an order. The customer is liable
for full product payment after acceptance of an order. Any request for a change to an
order must be sent to Glorie via email, fax, or mail. All requested changes are subject
to acceptance in writing by Glorie. Any changes that are accepted may be subject to
additional charges.

GUARANTEE
|
At Glorie we strive to sell quality merchandise. All of our products should be free of
defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Manufacture of hand made
goods does, however, normally result in moderate variation from showroom samples and/or
other previously constructed products of a similar type, and such moderate variation does
not constitute a defect.
Similarly, Glorie goods represent color and texture standards, but no two lots can be
color matched identically, and the failure to do so does not constitute a defect. Also,
the natural flaws of antiques and/or hand made items are inherent to the individual product
and must be accepted as normal, not as defects.
